Habakkuk 3:1-16
This chapter records a worship song to the Lord. The Israelites’ situation hasn’t changed, but Habakkuk has changed. He is moving from a position of fear to a position of faith, from anguish to adoration. He is surrendering his agenda to God’s agenda because he knows God is faithful and remembers his covenant. How can we have that posture before the Lord in our current situation? Can God really have a plan?
