Peter rebukes Jesus when Jesus mentions the way of the cross and the suffering he would go through.

Why is Jesus so extremely upset about this that he goes so far as to call Peter “Satan”?
He then goes on to give Peter (and us) one of the best descriptions on what it means and looks like for us to follow Him.
